1. Send a deletion request
Email ibrahim.walied@gmail.com with the subject IGS-Impact data deletion request.
Include only what is needed to find the information:
- Your IGS-Impact account email or workspace name, if you have one.
- The relevant Facebook Page or Instagram account name/link, if applicable.
- Whether you want to delete your account, a connection’s data or a specific interaction/record.
- A message date, comment link or other limited reference if requesting removal of a specific interaction.
You may request removal of information relating to you even if you are not an IGS-Impact subscriber. Do not send passwords, access tokens or unnecessary identity documents.
2. What happens next
We will acknowledge the request, check what information we hold and verify identity or authority using the minimum information needed. If records are handled for another business’s workspace, we will coordinate with that business as appropriate.
We will process deletion as soon as reasonably possible under applicable requirements and confirm the outcome by email. If additional information, time or a limited legal retention exception applies, we will explain it. You can reply to the same email thread to ask about the request’s status.
3. What deletion covers
Depending on the confirmed scope, deletion can cover account/profile information, stored connection credentials and identifiers, message/comment copies and associated CRM records relating to the request. We will identify records that must remain for a specific legal obligation and explain relevant backup limitations.
Deleting copies held by IGS-Impact does not itself delete the original Facebook or Instagram messages, posts, comments or account. Those originals remain subject to the controls and policies of the relevant platform.
4. Disconnecting a Meta account
Meta connections are under development. Once you have authorized a connection, you may revoke IGS-Impact’s access using the connected account’s Meta integration/app permission settings. Setting names may vary by platform.
Revocation and stored-data deletion are separate actions. To remove stored information, also send the deletion request described above. Removing authorization does not by itself erase existing copies held by the service.
